San Francisco-based artist Melonie Szabo neither crochets nor knits, but she wanted to contribute something to the project. Using existing pieces that had arrived into the studio, including from former war bride and British national - Marjorie Bargout, Melonie shaped and fashioned an irresistible heart motif.

60” high x 13” in diameter. Acrylic, cotton and/or wool yarn covering a heavy-weight, recycled, hollow core.
